No parents attended the open forum.

Some coaches have accepted the positions offered them. Three teams are still undetermined. Final assignments will be made next week if possible.

The rest of the meeting was spent trying to develop the bylaws for the CCA Baseball Club. Coach Davis updated the bylaws as the Board worked on them.

Some of the updated bylaws:

Policy – All players will play with their grade group unless USSSA age requirements would disallow their participation.

Finances—Each team will have a fund/allocation provided by the club. Club to pay for: field, insurance, league, scheduling, practice facilities* Team to pay for: tournament budgets, umps. The teams will be responsible to manage their own checking account (from the fund/allocation). Each club can individually fund raise. The teams will be require to provide financial statements to the club as determined in the bylaws.
