No parents attended the open forum.

The next point of discussion was coaching assignments. The Board will offer a head coaching position and two (or more) assistants for all six teams. This needs to be finalized as soon as possible.

Next the Board said the commitment letter needed to be completed and sent out to players as soon as the coaching positions were determined. The commitment letter will be completed by Coach Davis. It will require a $75.00 non-refundable deposit due October 17th. The final payment will be due February 6^th.

Lastly the Board decided any teams (9U & 10U) that were not club members would not be able to wear the club uniforms this year. Their coaches will be able to participate in the coaching clinics.
