Pictures- need to go in with ideas and possibly doing them outside so she can show up and eliminate confusion of who’s on who’s team or use a google doc for families to sign up for the time that works best for them. One banner idea for all the teams to make it easier.

Feedback from Clipper Classic- waiting on invoice from West Liberty for field rentals for total made. Asking to get on the list for next year. Need to follow up with Brett with who pays him (head of umps)
Did broken window at middle school get resolved? Yes team wrote a check for $500- club offering to pay it.
